- Setkan aperture pada f8 (gunakan manual mode-mustahil anda boleh fokus pada kilat tu)
- Gunakan Tripod (wajib), bagi pengguna Canon, selalunya disertakan pre set untuk bulb mode
- Setkan kepada manual white balance-try test banyak kali, sebab berlainan white balance akan menghasilkan warna petir/kilat yang berlainan
- ISO setkan pada nilai paling rendah (saya cadangkan ISO 100)
- Untuk snap gunakan remote
